Live Cue
Cue helps your visitors, and tells you what they asked.
A small chat on your website that uses what it knows about your site and business to help answer visitor questions, and gets a person involved when it should.

What Cue does
Uses what it knows about you
Cue draws on your website and the business facts you give it. Price questions and complaints go to a person, not to Cue. When it does not know, it says so and offers to get someone.
Speaks when it matters
It notices a visitor weighing up a quote or a service and opens a conversation then, not on every page.
Takes a callback
The visitor leaves a number and you are alerted by email or phone. Alerts leave out the message text.
Hands over
A visitor can ask for a person. Conversations show in Ospry, and on your client's own page if you allow it.

What your visitors are asking
Visits, page views, returning visitors, the pages visits start on, and actions such as starting a quote or tapping the phone number.
Cue does not hold IP addresses, devices, where visitors came from or time on page.
The gaps
When a visitor asks something and no page on your site answers it, Cue records that. Each Monday you get a plain line, such as “Asked, and Cue could not answer: how long the wait is.” Nothing is sent when there was too little traffic to say anything.
Privacy built in
Visitor behaviour is recorded only after the visitor agrees, and the chat works whether or not they do. A visitor can withdraw, and their behaviour data is removed.
Put it on your site
Paste one line into any site that allows custom code.
Cue and Site Brain
Live Site Brain
Site Brain is what Cue knows about your business. Ospry reads your site, then you confirm, correct or remove what it learned, so Cue answers from facts you have checked.
The conversations, leads and callback requests Cue collects sit in the Cue inbox, with the full history of each conversation.

Cue explained, about a minute. Shown with a demo account and sample data. Captions are available from the video controls.

Here, someone's asking how quotes work.
Cue answers using the facts the business has provided.
Quotes are free, with a short site visit first.
Next, someone's asking for a price.
Cue doesn't guess.
It hands the question to a person, and tells the visitor that's what it's doing.
A complaint gets handed over too.
Cue stops answering and brings in a person, so they can put it right.
If someone leaves their number, Cue records a callback request.
It stays open until someone confirms the call has been made.
Over time, you can also see the questions visitors ask most often.
If the same question keeps coming up, and the website doesn't answer it, that's a useful page to add.
Questions
Is Cue an AI?
Cue replies using AI, drawing on your website and the business facts you give it. It does not answer general-knowledge questions, and when it does not know it says so and offers to pass the question to a person.
Will it book appointments?
Cue takes a callback request and alerts you. Calendar booking is in beta and is not switched on for everyone.
Does it work on any website?
Cue installs with one line of code on any site that allows custom code. A one-click WordPress install is not generally available yet.
What happens to the conversations?
They appear in Ospry, and on your client's own page where you allow it. The privacy page covers what is stored.
What does it cost?
Cue comes with every Ospry plan, including Free, which has Cue on 1 website and 250 AI credits a month. If Cue is all you need, Cue Standalone is £29 a month for 1 website and 2,000 AI credits a month. See the pricing page.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Cue keeps collecting leads and callback requests. Only the AI replies pause, until your allowance resets or you buy more credits. Automatic top-up is off unless you switch it on, and you set a spending cap when you do.
Only need Cue?
Cue Standalone is £29 a month for 1 Cue site and 2,000 AI credits a month, with Site Brain, the Cue inbox and lead and callback capture. You can move into full Ospry later without rebuilding the account. See what is included.
