These are the numbers that decide what you actually pay, so they are here rather than in a footnote. Everything is per month.

The falling rates are per account, not a discount applied later. On founding, accounts six to fifteen are £24 each, sixteen to forty are £18, and anything past forty is £13. You are never charged the first rate for an account that sits in a later band.
Cue, the chat on your clients’ websites
£59 per domain, per month. The same on every paid plan, with 500 conversations a month on each domain. It is not included in anything, and nothing starts charging until you put it on a domain.
A demo on a website you have not signed yet is free. Putting Cue on a prospect’s site to show them what it catches is the best reason to open the product, and charging for that would be a strange way to encourage it. Only live client sites are billed.
Pausing a client site stops its Cue charge the same day. It would be an odd kind of pause that stopped the tracking and kept billing for the chat.
What happens if you stop
- Nothing is deleted. Every audit you have run, every ranking and all the history stay exactly where they are.
- The client sites are paused, not removed. Subscribing again switches all of them back on as they were, without you setting anything up a second time.
- The free plan carries on. Five full audits a month on any website, with every finding, for as long as you want it.
- Nothing is charged after you cancel, and we email you to confirm it stopped rather than leaving you to check.
How we bill
- Nothing is metered without asking first. Going past an allowance stops and tells you the price rather than quietly appearing on an invoice.
- Prospects are free. Auditing a site you are trying to win costs nothing, however many times you do it.
- Part months are worked out properly. Add a client on the 28th and you pay for three days of it, not a month.
- Card details never touch us. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own page, and changing a card or cancelling is done there too.
Prices are in pounds sterling. If you are paying from outside the UK, your bank converts at its own rate on the day.
