Ospry Suite

For agencies

SEO that lives inside GoHighLevel.

Client scores, audits and reports in the CRM you already work in. No second login, no exporting spreadsheets, no explaining to a client why the numbers moved.

Every client keeps their own data.

Search Console and Analytics connect per site, so fifteen clients means fifteen separate properties, not one mixed pot.

No Google login, ever

You add one read-only email to a client’s Search Console and Ospry finds the property automatically. Thirty seconds per client. Nothing expires, nothing needs reconnecting six months later, and the client can revoke it in one click.

Your team, your access

Add your own people to one workspace. Give someone every client, or only the two accounts they look after. A restricted teammate doesn’t see the rest of the roster — not the names, not the scores.

Reports in your name

Branded to your agency, generated from the same measurements the audit produced. Nothing retyped, nothing that can drift out of step with what the tool actually found.

A portal that shows the work

The loudest complaint clients have about SEO is not knowing what they’re paying for. They get their own limited login showing their site and its progress — and only theirs.

Reports you can send without checking them first.

The Reports screen listing client sites with their scores and a generate button for each.
Opens on your clients, not on your prospecting list.

Every report carries your name, your logo and your colours, on the plan there is rather than a tier above it. What white labelling covers.

What every audit actually checks.

Not a score pulled out of the air. Each of these is a real measurement on the live page, and each one appears in the report with what it found.

The page itself

  • Full Lighthouse run: speed, accessibility, best practice
  • Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links
  • Canonical tags, and whether they point where they claim
  • Image weight, and alt text that is missing
  • SSL and security headers
  • Domain age, and whether www and non-www both resolve

Whether it can be found

  • Whether the page is telling Google not to list it at all
  • robots.txt, and what it blocks by name
  • Whether AI assistants can fetch the page or get an error
  • Local position for the keywords you track
  • Search Console and Analytics, connected per client

The one nobody else checks.

When somebody asks ChatGPT for a roofer, the assistant fetches real pages using its own named crawler. A great many websites block those crawlers at the firewall without knowing it, serving a perfectly good page to a visitor and an error to every assistant that asks.

The owner never finds out, because their own browser is never blocked. We found it across the 259 trade sites we checked. One served three thousand words to a person and fifteen to an assistant.

Ospry runs that check on every audit, on every plan. It is not a premium add-on and it is not on a roadmap. As far as we can tell, no other tool an agency is likely to be using does it at all.

It fixes things, not just finds them.

Every tool in this category hands you a list. The list is the easy half.

One script tag, any CMS

Paste a single line into a client’s site and Ospry can apply real technical fixes: missing meta, structured data, alt text. It works on whatever the site is built in, including the ones nobody wants to touch, and every change is logged and reversible.

WordPress, properly

Connect a client’s WordPress and approved changes are written into the pages themselves rather than layered over them. Per site, so fifteen clients means fifteen separate logins, not one master key you would rather not be holding.

And it brings you work.

Your own audit page

A branded page where a prospect types their address and gets a real audit. The lead lands in your CRM and you get an email with what was found, so you can reply the same day. That speed is most of why it works.

Auditing prospects is free

A site stays a free prospect until you mark it as a client. Only clients count towards your plan, so auditing somebody you have not signed costs nothing. Five client accounts included, and keywords are pooled across all of them rather than rationed per site.

What it does not do yet.

You would find this out in week two anyway, so here it is now.

  • Rank tracking runs, but its data source is being rebuilt. Some checks return nothing rather than a position. Ospry says it could not measure rather than guessing, but it is the weakest part of the product today.
  • No Google Business Profile yet. The application is with Google. Until it lands, Ospry measures the website and not the profile.
  • No local map grid. Drawing one honestly needs paid location-targeted search data. Rather than draw a pretty guess, we show real positions for the towns you tell us a business serves.

The full list, kept current, is on what it does today.
