How to have your data deleted

Two ways, depending on what you want gone. Neither takes more than a minute and neither needs you to speak to anybody first.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

Open your Facebook settings, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Ospry Suite and remove it. Facebook tells us the moment you do, and we delete the access token and the account details we stored so the app could post for you. You get a reference code and a page confirming what was removed.

You can also do it from inside Ospry Suite, under Connections, by disconnecting the account. That clears our copy straight away. Removing the app in Facebook as well is what ends Facebook’s side of the permission.

If you want your whole workspace gone

Delete the workspace in Settings. That removes the sites, audits, keyword history, reports, uploaded photos and every connected credential, on live systems immediately. Backups age out within 14 days and we keep no copies beyond that except where the law requires it.

Export first if you want to keep anything. The export is built in and runs instantly.

If you would rather just ask

Email hello@osprysuite.com and a person will do it. Tell us which account or workspace you mean. Under UK GDPR we have a month to respond, and in practice it is the same day.

What we cannot delete

Data held by a service you connected, rather than by us. If you asked us to write something to your own WordPress site or your CRM, that copy lives in your system and is yours to remove. We can only delete our own.
